In 2010 with the affable assistance of the "Pansari Group" led by the visionary Mr L .P Pansari, the Real Estate division "Mana Ma Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd" was established. This particular venture was to fulfil the dreams of the middle class community to own an affordable house in the outskirts of one of Bengal’s biggest cities, Kolkata. The company has its registered office in Kalyani, Nadia,a satellite township very near to Kolkata.

Pansari Group has been able to churn out successful projects in the metropolitan and real estate sector, albeit under the supervision of Mr L P Pansari. Not to mention, the Group has been touted as one of the leading business groups in West Bengal with considerable interest in the manufacturing & retail sectors as well.
The escalation of the group, particularly in the Real Estate sector was further accelerated when Mr Sumit Pansari joined in the year 2011. To our joy, we have successfully completed our very first project "UTSAV PLAZA" along with another four projects on the pipeline. The company’s portfolio can proudly include lands in prime locations of the town and gradually we are looking for opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Much to the delight of the people residing here in Kalyani, we would like to state that the company is in talks with the Govt agencies for development of a full fledged entertainment zone in the form of shopping mall, multiplex,food court, childrens area and a boutique hotel.
With a tagline “Turning your dreams into an address”, we constantly seek to fulfil our customer’s dreams of a perfect address. Our range of excellence is measured on the basis of the long term satisfaction of our clients with of course a strong focus on quality and tagged along with it is the time parameters and achievement of principles we share as a firm. Quality, being a prime issue in real estate development, our company is now on the verge of getting an ISO9001:2008 certificate from QMS , making us the first real estate developers in the suburbs to have this certification.
Though the journey has begun with successful completion & possession of "UTSAV PLAZA" we hope to move ahead in our endeavour and look forward to fulfill the common man’s desire of owning his or her own house with total commitment toward quality and affordability.
